She excels in creating and implementing learning and development programs, and her background in managing cross-functional teams and driving business growth will support SOMA’s mission to deliver personalized, innovative, and accessible care for all patients.
Prior to joining SOMA Skin & Sculpt, Megan’s leadership roles at numerous leading global organizations has equipped her with a deep understanding of business growth, program implementation, global strategy development, people management, and stakeholder collaboration. She is known for her ability to create inclusive and data-driven initiatives that empower individuals to achieve their full potential. Her experience as the Director of Retail & Wholesale at Forum Brands and her role as Senior Account Executive at Casper Sleep Inc. have equipped her with a deep understanding of market expansion, high-profile account management, and revenue optimization.
Aishah’s skills in pricing execution, strategic account management, and fostering cross-functional team collaboration are instrumental in ensuring SOMA Skin & Sculpt delivers top-tier services and maintains strong relationships with both new and returning clients. Her earlier roles at G-III Apparel Group and Bloomingdale’s, as well as her certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), have honed her analytical and financial skills, which she now brings to SOMA to support efficient business practices and client-focused growth. Aishah’s strategic mindset, paired with her commitment to fostering long-term relationships, makes her an invaluable asset in achieving the clinic’s goals and expanding its reach while providing unparalleled service to all patients.
