Our Policies
Updated as of April 6, 2025.
Appointments
To ensure that you get an appointment for the date and time you desire, we suggest booking all appointments a few weeks in advance. Our Website displays the most up-to-date availability. Please note that we require a credit card to reserve your appointment. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for booking an appointment. We also offer financing options through Cherry Pay and CareCredit (available May 1, 2025).
Weather and Appointments
We understand that weather can be unpredictable – from winter storms to hurricanes, and everything in between. Your safety is always our top priority.
Our Commitment to You
We make every effort to remain open and available for your scheduled treatments. If severe weather conditions force us to close any of our locations, we’ll contact you directly to reschedule your appointment at no charge. If you haven’t heard from us, we’re open and looking forward to seeing you!
When Weather Affects Your Commute Plans
We recognize that weather conditions can vary greatly, even within the same area, and everyone’s comfort level with traveling during inclement weather is different. Your safety and consistent treatment schedule are important to us, so we’ve created a flexible solution:
If weather prevents you from attending your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. While our standard $150 cancellation fee will apply for less than 24 hours’ notice, we’ll automatically convert this fee into a credit in your client wallet. This means the amount you pay can be applied to your rescheduled appointment when you book within 30 days – helping you maintain your treatment schedule and results without losing your investment.
Cancellations
- As a courtesy to our providers, for appointments, please provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Your credit card on file will be charged $150 per person if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than twenty-four (24) hours in advance or if there is a no-show.
- If you arrive more than ten (10) minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule to avoid disrupting other clients’ appointments.
Pricing and Pre-Payments

To prepay, email info@somaskinandsculpt.com or call our business line, 302-219-6100, with the items and quantities you’d like to purchase.
If there are any payment issues with a client’s credit, debit card, Cherry Pay or CareCredit – chargebacks, fraud issues, etc., we cannot accept credit/debit cards, Cherry Pay or CareCredit from the client and require payment in cash.
Membership Wallet Funds
- Membership pricing, promotions, and banked dollars are non-transferable to other people and are for the member’s use only.
- Membership payments, monthly or annual, are non-refundable – no exceptions. please refer to your membership agreement.
Returns and Refunds
- Prepayments are refundable within ten days of purchase. Services received cannot be refunded.

Payment Disputes
- If you dispute a credit card charge for any service or payment, your account will be suspended from booking appointments and any available wallet funds will be held pending resolution.
- You may withdraw the dispute to restore your account access. Should the disputed charge be returned to SOMA Skin & Sculpt, your virtual wallet balance will remain unchanged and booking privileges will be restored.
- However, if the disputed charge is not returned to SOMA Skin & Sculpt, the disputed amount plus a $50 fee will be deducted from your virtual wallet when funds become available, and booking privileges will be restored once the balance is settled.

To ensure the best experience for all SOMA Skin & Sculpt clients and team members, clients who exhibit disruptive or aggressive behavior or have a history of no-showing appointments may be denied the opportunity to schedule treatments.
